Dancing Dragonfly Winery Calypso White Blend 2020

Calypso is a sweet but well-balanced white wine, made entirely from cold-climate grapes, namely Frontenac Gris. It has a burst of fruit in the nose, peach and a little dried apricot. On the palate, taste notes of nectarine, lemon, and lime. It has a bold, clean, refreshing finish.

Pair Calypso with either a muffuletta-type panini or a pesto pizza with goat cheese, kalamata olive, and artichoke hearts.
