Crafted in the heart of Jalisco, Alto Canto Tequila Blanco is produced using 100% Blue Weber Agave, and harvested at peak maturity to capture the plant’s full flavor potential. The tequila is distilled in small batches, allowing for precise control over the flavor profile. Alto Canto focuses on preserving the natural qualities of the agave, yielding a spirit that’s fresh, complex, and unmistakably rooted in tradition.
Alto Canto Tequila Blanco opens with crisp, vibrant aromas of fresh agave, complemented by hints of citrus and subtle pepper. The palate reveals a smooth, clean profile with delicate notes of cooked agave, lime zest, and herbal undertones. Its finish is both refreshing and slightly earthy.
This year’s competition also recognized Siete Leguas Blanco, another exceptional unaged tequila with unique characteristics. The tequila is crafted using traditional methods, including a tahona stone to crush the agave. It offers earthy, herbal notes and a hint of sweetness on the finish.
