Bold, deep garnet in color, with blackberry and mixed berry jam and exotic spices reminiscent of five spice. Velvety texture on the palate, dried fruit and spiced dark chocolate. Barrel aged for 21 months in 13% new American Oak.
Pair it with barbequed pulled pork or eggplant parmesan.
