A bold and refreshing Collins built around the classic combo of whiskey (New York Distilling Co. Ragtime Rye) and ripe peach (Massenez Crème de Pêche). They finish things off with a touch of fernet (Faccia Brutto’s Fernet Pianta) for some added complexity, which imparts a pleasant minty bitterness on the finish.
