Egor Polonskiy is a member of the Advocacy Leadership Team at Bacardi USA, where he serves as Trade Education and Mixology Manager. In this role, he leads educational initiatives focused on tequila and mezcal, delivering trainings, spirit-focused seminars, and immersive trade education experiences, while also managing key trade-facing programs across the Bacardi portfolio.

With many years dedicated to studying the world of spirits, Egor has developed deep expertise in agave spirits, award-winning cocktail creation, and advanced bartending techniques. His career blends hands-on mixology with strategic education, making him a trusted voice within the hospitality industry.

Egor has been with Bacardi for over eight years. Prior to joining Bacardi, he worked as a mixologist for Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in Chicago. He holds a WSET Level 3 certification in Spirits, is an alumnus of the BAR5 program, and is a long-time active member of the United States Bartenders’ Guild.
