Gary Gruver is an accomplished Beverage Director with over two decades of experience in the restaurant and beverage alcohol industry. He currently holds the position of Global Director of Beverage Strategy at Marriott International, where he leads beverage programming initiatives for Marriott's brands Globally.

Gruver boasts a successful career, having earned numerous accolades, including being named "Most Popular Bartender in the Nation" and receiving the America's Choice Award by Gentlemen's Quarterly (GQ). He is a founding member of the United States Bartenders' Guild (USBG) of Kentucky and has served as the Director of Mixology and Spirits Education at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. Additionally, he is the founder of the Academy of Spirits & Fine Service of Kentucky.

In addition to his professional achievements, Gruver owns a bar in Louisville and serves as a senior spirits judge for the San Francisco World Spirits Awards. Residing in Las Vegas, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling the world.
