H has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in more than 20 bars and restaurants across the country. He owns and operates both a bar,  Elixir,  and a cocktail event production company, Elixir To Go. He is an operating partner with Fresh Victor, and advises clients through his consultancy Cocktail Ambassadors,. Currently, H is expanding Fresh Victor nationally, providing high-quality cocktail mixers to both service industry professionals and consumers.
