Kyle N. McHugh is a growth-oriented operations executive and nationally recognized food & beverage industry leader with more than 25 years of experience building scalable systems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving brand and revenue expansion across drinks, hospitality, production, and emerging growth sectors.
He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the business intelligence platform HoneyDue, Inc., where he translates vision into execution—implementing KPI-driven performance frameworks, aligning executive cadence, and overseeing capital discipline, governance, and operational infrastructure. He also leads U.S. market launch and training strategy for Curado Tequila and serves as Market Director – Americas for the Edinburgh Whisky Academy.
Previously, Kyle was a founding executive at Samson & Surrey, scaling international advocacy and education platforms that supported double-digit portfolio growth leading to a successful sale and exit, and served as a Diageo Master of Whisk(e)y. A former National President of the U.S. Bartenders’ Guild and current Charity Foundation Chair, he remains a leading advocate for hospitality professionals both nationwide and around the world.
