Molly Horn

Molly Horn is the Cocktail Strategy Manager and Mixologist for Total Wine & More, the country’s largest independent wine, spirits and beer retailer. She has over a decade of expertise in developing and managing bar programs in the Washington Metro area including spending her formative years as a Head Bartender with Farmers Restaurant Group, one of the busiest operations on the East Coast. In addition to her passion for all things spirits and cocktails, Molly is a Certified Sommelier and regularly uses the skills she learned from practicing deductive tastings. Molly’s many responsibilities at Total Wine & More include tasting, recruiting, branding, and marketing new first-to-market spirits as well as directing all of Total Wine’s cocktail content. She also trains internal teams on all things spirits as well as mixology techniques and is the force behind customer education, brand launches, events, and digital marketing to drive revenue.
