About Scott Baird, chef, bar owner, and beverage consultant. A Bay Area native, Scott Baird’s background spans various creative endeavors in the local hospitality industry for over 20 years. Baird made his mark on the San Francisco bar scene as the previous owner/operator and lead on the conceptual redesign of the acclaimed North Beach bar 15 Romolo. He founded the internationally acclaimed bar Trick Dog in San Francisco, recognized by the World’s 50 Best Bars list, the James Beard Foundation, and Tales of the Cocktail. Baird also created the beverage program at Starlite, a revered San Francisco establishment with nearly a century of history in Union Square.

In 2023 he launched Donna's Pickle Beer with his best pal Josh Janciwicz who worked with him at Trick Dog from opening day. The beer has grown at a breakneck pace the last two years and the pair are just trying to keep up with all the Donna's love.

Most recently Scott opened Jumbo's Win Win with his wife Molley Green. Jumbo's Win Win is a hyper local hamburger stand in Philo in the Anderson valley where Scott and Molley live. Jumbo's is the epitomy of "delicious not precious," a phrase Baird coined to describe his style of food and drink.

Baird is also the founder of Rococo Cantaloupe, a creative agency focused on the beverage industry with international liquor clients on flavor development, activations, education, creative brand marketing, and beverage consultations.
