With over three decades in the liquor industry, Stephen Jabour brings extensive expertise in sales, operations, and business growth. Starting in the industry in 1990, he built a successful business before selling it to Spec’s Family Partners in 2012. Now serving as Chief Sales and Operating Officer, Steve plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and strengthening supplier and customer relationships. A results-driven leader, Steve is passionate about innovation, customer experience, and market expansion. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
