FAQS

May I enter multiple products in the competition?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of entries per producer, but no product can be entered in more than one category.

May I enter RTDs that were submitted in previous competitions?

Yes, RTDs entered in previous competitions are welcome and provide award opportunities exclusive to multi-year entrants.

Will I receive a refund if my samples do not arrive in time?

No, the competition does not issue refunds. However, entries can be transferred to the next competition.

What if I do not have a U.S. importer?

Please contact our U.S. import partner, Park Street Imports, via email.

What should I do if I am using my U.S. importer for international shipments?

If you have a U.S. importer, they should follow the same instructions for domestic shipping as outlined above in the “Shipping from US” section.

May I drop off product in person at the warehouse?

Yes, please email to coordinate product drop-off and receive detailed instructions.

What happens if I don't follow the shipping instructions?

Failure to follow the proper shipping guidelines may result in delays, and the competition is not responsible for customs duties or charges.

Am I able to send product if we have not finalized packaging?

Yes! As long as the product is sent in a sealed, FDA-approved bottle, we can include it in the tasting.

May I purchase medals after the competition?

Yes, after the competition, winners can purchase medals to showcase their achievements through the Winner’s Portal.

How do I know which category to enter my product in?

Please review the class codes for the competition in the entry booklet and select the most appropriate class for your product. Products will be judged within groups based on their category.

May I enter a product in more than one category at a Competition?

Products can only be entered in one category per Competition.

What if I don't see the category that pertains to my products, or if I have questions about categories?

If you have questions or can't find the right category, please email us for assistance.

Will my product be photographed or featured?

While this is not a guarantee, the competition reserves the right to photograph any entry for promotional use in catalogs, publications, and on the website, including social media channels.

How can I get my products on boarded with Flaviar?
