Hombo Shuzo Co., Ltd. – TSUNUKI KUMQUAT

Hombo Shuzo Co., Ltd., established in 1872 in Kagoshima, Japan, is renowned for its dedication to traditional Japanese spirit-making techniques. With a rich history in shochu and whisky production, the company brings its expertise to crafting unique liqueurs that celebrate local ingredients. The TSUNUKI KUMQUAT liqueur is a tribute to the kumquats of Tsunuki, a specialty of Minamisatsuma City. Utilizing a unique production method, this liqueur captures the essence of the fruit, offering a harmonious balance of sweetness and bitterness.

Cassis Monna & Filles – Crème de Cassis

Cassis Monna & Filles is a family-owned distillery specializing in blackcurrant-based products. With a commitment to quality and tradition, the Monna family has been crafting exceptional liqueurs since 1992. Their Crème de Cassis is a rich and velvety liqueur made from ripe blackcurrants. Known for its deep color and intense flavor, it serves as a versatile ingredient in cocktails or can be enjoyed on its own.

It has a brilliant red color with tones of purple and violet. On the nose, it is full of red berry fruit with a touch of pepper. The fruit is quite ripe and sweet, but is counterbalanced by the acidity and alcohol.

CHOYA – Aged 3 Years Extra Fruit Liqueur

CHOYA, established in 1914 in Osaka, Japan, is a leading producer of umeshu (plum wine).
