Pluto Spirits Vodka: This vodka is a smooth and refined expression, embodying exceptional distillation techniques through the tasting notes. Subtle and pure with a hint of naturally occurring sweetness, it’s dangerously smooth when taken neat or equally exceptional in cocktails.
Best of Class Gin
Tanqueray No. TEN Gin: Ultra-premium gin distilled with whole citrus fruits (whole grapefruit, lime, orange) alongside classic botanicals. The citrus-forward notes stood out to the judging panel.

Best of Class Tequilas
Best of Class Blanco Winner: Tequila El Mexicano Blanco 90 – Crisp and powerful blanco offering bright agave flavor and clarity. Judges noted that this would be ideal either neat or in a cocktail.
Best of Class Reposado Winner: Siete Leguas Reposado Tequila – A favorite from judges this year that is gently aged and smooth with balanced agave sweetness and oak influence.
Best of Class Baijiu
Yancui Yayan Baijiu: Winner for its layered traditional aroma and robust flavor profile, highlighting the quality and heritage of Chinese baijiu craftsmanship.
Best of Class Straight Bourbon
1792 Aged 12 Years Straight Bourbon: Rich flavors of vanilla and cocoa abound in this full-bodied bourbon. After spending twelve years in oak, the delicate fruit notes in this whiskey are met with a lingering smoky finish that is more complex than most.

Best of Class Pure Pot Still Irish Whiskey
Redbreast 27 Year Old: Exceptionally aged and full-bodied, delivering rich fruit, spice, and oak complexity emblematic of the finest Irish pot still tradition. The finish lingers, seemingly forever, with oak and an assortment of spices.
Best of Class Rye Whiskey
Sazerac 18 Year Old Rye Whiskey: This straight rye has a mellow spice and dry sweetness that dances on the tongue, giving pure delight that is worthy of the Sazerac name. Very mature, with notes of oak, leather, molasses, and allspice. The long, warm finish is preceded by notes of mint, eucalyptus, cinnamon, vanilla, and lingering pepper.
