Ticketing & Registration
Do you offer refunds if I can’t attend?
No. All ticket sales for Top Shelf 2025 are final and non-refundable. Please double-check your availability before completing your purchase.
What types of tickets are available?
Master Classes & Speed Networking - Includes entry into Master Classes, Speed Networking, and the Top Shelf Display Room
Awards Gala–Only Ticket – Access to the formal evening gala.
All-Access Pass – Includes entry to Master Classes, Speed Networking, the Top Shelf Display Room, and the Awards Gala
Can I buy tickets for a group?
Yes! For groups of 6 or more, select the Group Ticket option during checkout.
Can I add or change attendee names after I purchase?
For individual or small orders (1–5 tickets), you should include attendee names at the time of purchase.
For group ticket purchases, you may submit names up to two weeks before the event (by October 25, 2025)

Do I need to register separately for master classes or speed Networking?
Yes. If you hold an All-Access Pass or a Master Class/Speed Networking Pass, you’ll receive an email invitation to pre-register for both. These sessions are first-come, first-served, and spots are limited to 50 attendees in each.
Is the Top Shelf Display Room open to everyone?
Anyone can visit the Top Shelf Display Room — no pre-registration required.
Dress Code & Accommodations
What is the dress code for the Awards Gala?
The Awards Gala is a black-tie event. Tuxedos, formal suits, gowns, or elevated cocktail attire are suggested.
Is there a host hotel for the event?
Yes! Hotel Nikko is the official venue and host hotel for Top Shelf 2025. A discounted room block for $189/night is available for attendees. Room reservations must be made by October 22, 2025.
