Aberlour 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Aberlour single malts are made with the best local ingredients of barley and soft water from nearby mountain, Ben Rinnes. The expertly crafted new spirit is matured for a minimum of 12 years both in the finest hand-picked Oloroso sherry butts and American oak barrels. It’s the double cask maturation which subtly brings together the characteristics of each cask to create a truly rich and rewardingly complex range of single malts.

Meaning ‘the original’ in Gaelic, A’bunadh is hand-made in homage to Aberlour’s founder, James Fleming, to ensure a rich and complex flavor of moist raisin, and homemade fruit cake. Bottled at cask strength with notes of orange, black cherry, dried fruit, and ginger spiked with dark bitter chocolate and oak.
