Barr Hill Vodka

Barr Hill Vodka is our tribute to the hardworking beekeepers. In late summer, they procure hundreds of barrels of pure raw honey to use as the base for their signature vodka. Our recipe depends on two simple principles: the honey is never heated prior to fermentation and it is never distilled more than twice. This technique preserves the wild yeast and the rich aromatics of nectar – delivering the floral depth of wildflower fields straight to your glass.
