The 2021 Mourvédre has a deep purple color that releases aromas of dark plum, cherry, cedar, vanilla, sandalwood, and rye bread. The texture is smooth and creamy and the flavors of the nose grace the palate. It is hard to drink just one glass of this wine!
Pair this wine with luscious foods such as veal scallopini, lamb stuffed with rosemary and garlic. It also pairs beautifully with chicken satay with peanut dipping sauce.
