Gray Whale Gin

Every year the gray whale makes a 12,000-mile migration from the warm lagoons of the Baja Peninsula to the cool waters of the Arctic. This small batch gin is a celebration of this incredible journey, sourcing botanicals from along the route, like mint hand picked in Santa Cruz, almonds from the Capay Valley, and kombu seaweed wild harvested from kelp beds on the Mendocino Coast. The result is a bright, fresh gin ideal for mixing cocktails.
