Henstone Dry Gin

A classic London Dry Gin which oozes aroma and flavour. Distilled from a neutral base of 96% ABV, in a copper hybrid still, this gin is well balanced with plenty of juniper, coriander and citrus on the nose.

To taste, the juniper and citrus notes are underlaid with deep, warming notes of earthy complexity and the cardamom releases a further depth of flavour.  The gin also has a proportion of Henstone new make spirit, which is distilled from their own malted barley wash, in the mix. This adds a smooth sweetish depth to the gin, resulting in a rounded, but complex spirit.     

In fact the gin is so packed full of botanical oils it may ‘louche’ when cold or blended with ice or mixers. A perfectly natural reaction that is a result of an unfiltered product and an abundance of botanicals.
