New England Barrel Co. Single Barrel Select – Rye

The current Single Barrel Select Rye have spent more than 8 years in new charred American oak barrels allowing the changing seasons to dictate their maturation. While no two barrels are alike you will find common threads including a pleasing nose, depth of flavor on the palate, and long, drawn out finish that begs you to take another sip.

This edition has cinnamon on the nose, is creamy on the palate with tropical fruit notes, and has a long fruity finish.
