Not simply a ‘finished’ whiskey, Yellow Spot has been matured for a full 12 year period in three oak cask types: American bourbon, Spanish sherry, and Spanish Malaga casks. Masses of fleshy stone fruit on the nose, especially peach and apricot, with hints of dried fruit and Bourbon cask vanilla. The palate is equally fruity with a substantial body, a velvety texture, and a long, sweet finish.
