Ingredients

2 oz San Bartolo Mezcal Artesenal

.5 oz orange liqueur

.75 oz lime juice

.75 oz prickly pear purée

.75 oz agave syrup

1 jalapeño slice

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker

Shake over ice for 30 seconds

Strain into salt-rimmed rocks glass with fresh ice or a salt-rimmed coupe glass

Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel
