Ingredients

1.75 oz blended Scotch whisky

.75 oz ginger honey syrup

.75 oz lemon juice

.25 oz Islay Scotch

Instructions

Add all ingredients except Islay Scotch to a shaker

Shake over ice for 30 seconds

Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice

Float Islay Scotch over top

Garnish with lemon and ginger
