Sarah is an innovator in F&B for her award-winning wine lists, and The Barrel Room’s singular concept: a full restaurant and wine bar dedicated to wine education
She holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics from UCLA, the WSET Diploma, and is a Certified Specialist of Wine and a Certified Sherry Wine Specialist. Sarah also operates Northeast Wine Company (NH) and teaches for multiple wine schools, including Commonwealth Wine School and Fine Vintage. Sarah is renowned for her award-winning wine lists recognized by World of Fine Wine, Sommeliers Choice Awards and Wine Spectator. Sarah is also deeply passionate about the effects of climate change on the wine industry and wine regions, and the world of alternative packaging.
