Jim Beam Double Oak Bourbon is uniquely aged twice in two separate charred oak barrels. It’s first aged in charred American white oak barrels, and then poured into different freshly charred barrels to mature for a second time. This second barreling allows the liquid to develop an even deeper level of intense, spiced oakiness and rich caramel, creating a truly unique bourbon whiskey.
