Ingredients
3 to 4 tablespoons of Crème de Cassis, Crème de Framboise, or Chambord
1 (750 ml) bottle of dry sparkling wine or Champagne, chilled
1/4 cup of fresh raspberries
Instructions
Dispense 2 to 3 teaspoons of Crème de Cassis (or your choice of liqueur) into each champagne flute.
Add 3 to 4 raspberries into each flute.
Top off each flute with chilled sparkling wine or Champagne.
Serve promptly to enjoy.
