3 dashes of absinthe

Ingredients

1.5 oz Calle 23 Criollo

.75 oz Suze

.33 oz agave syrup

3 dashes of absinthe

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice

Stir for 30 seconds

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice

Garnish with lemon
