Yuchen founded YUAN KUN, the leading education and technical consulting firm in the Chinese baijiu industry. His work helps to promote baijiu beyond China, to the rest of the world. In 2019, Yuchen was named in IWSC & WSET’s Future 50 Awards and was instrumental in the addition of baijiu to the WSET 3 curriculum.
