The GlenAllachie 15-Year-Old is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, which imparts a deep and complex character to the whisky. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet of dark chocolate, raisins, and cinnamon, with hints of heather honey and butterscotch. The palate is equally impressive, with layers of rich sherried fruit, treacle, and a touch of spice, all leading to a long, warming finish that lingers with notes of mocha and sweet spices.
