Tasting notes


1.5 oz Irish whiskey

4 oz freshly brewed coffee

2 sugar cubes

whipped heavy cream


Preheat glass by filling with boiling water and discarding

Add sugar cubes and coffee and stir lightly to dissolve sugar

Add whiskey and stir to combine

Float a layer of whipped cream over the top of coffee
