1. Entry Processing & Categorization
Once your entry is received, our team carefully processes it to ensure it’s categorized correctly. We flight each product into panels that allow it to shine alongside similar spirits, ensuring a fair and competitive evaluation.
2. Expert Judge Assignments
Our competition prides itself on its distinguished panel of judges. We assign industry experts with deep knowledge in specific categories to each flight, guaranteeing a rigorous and informed blind-tasting experience.
3. Judging & Awards Determination
The competition officially begins! Over the first two days, judges award medals based on quality and craftsmanship. On the final day, the highest-rated spirits are reevaluated in a “sweeps” round to determine Best in Class and Best in Show winners — the top honors of the competition.

Following the competition, our team takes two weeks to compile results. Brands receive tasting notes upon request, valuable feedback from judges, and details about their awarded medals.
