Unique Last-Minute Thanksgiving Cocktails to Impress

The Highland Harvest

Ingredients: 2 oz D’YAVOL Inception Blended Malt Scotch, 1 oz apple cider, ¾ oz lemon juice, ½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water, warmed), and fresh thyme sprig. 

Instructions: Shake Scotch, apple cider, lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and an optional apple slice.

Reposado Café Cooler

Ingredients: 1½ oz Mezcal 33 Reposado tequila, 1 oz cold brew coffee (or chilled brewed coffee), ½ oz cinnamon syrup (or simple syrup + pinch of cinnamon), and an orange twist. 

Instructions: Stir tequila, coffee, and cinnamon syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist for a hint of brightness.

Autumn Orchard Spritz

Ingredients: 1½ oz Tanqueray No.TEN Gin, 1 oz pear juice, ½ oz elderflower liqueur, and sparkling wine. 

Instructions: Shake gin, pear juice, and elderflower liqueur with ice. Strain into a coupe glass or flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a thin pear slice or a sprig of sage.

Spiced Cranberry Sangria

Ingredients: 4 oz DeLoach Vineyards Heritage Reserve Merlot, 1 oz cranberry juice, ½ oz Alma Finca Orange Liqueur, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, fresh cranberries, orange slices, and a cinnamon stick. 

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a wine glass or mug with ice. Stir gently to mix. Add fresh cranberries, an orange slice, and a cinnamon stick for a garnish that’s as festive as it is flavorful.
