A delicious patio pounder. Light, refreshing, and will take you to the outer reaches of that deserted island you’ve been wanting to escape to. One is never enough.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum

.5 oz Cappelletti

.5 oz orgeat

.5 oz lime juice

1 oz grapefruit soda

Instructions

Add all ingredients except grapefruit soda to a shaker

Shake over ice for 30 seconds

Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice

Top with grapefruit soda

Garnish with rosemary
