Tasting notes
- Toffee
- Citrusy
- Honey
Pātsch’s tequilas start with sustainably grown and harvested distillery-owned agave, aged six to seven years or more, from Amatitán in El Valle, near Guadalajara. Their extra añejo is aged in American whiskey barrels for seven years creating a silky body, with initial aromas of toffee, oak, and butterscotch. The palate gives way to brown sugar and honey, along with a little citrus for balance. The oak is present, but not overwhelming, making this the perfect pour for a pre-dinner drink or a nightcap.
