Elsie Wolfe

Elsie Wolfe has over 30 years of experience within the Supermarket Industry. She joined Target Corporation in January 2022 as a Senior Buyer in Adult Beverages. She joins Target after her career at Safeway where she was the Alcohol Beverages Sales Manager managing the strategy, sales, and profits for total alcohol—wine, spirits, and beer for Safeway Northern California Division, one of the largest divisions of Albertson’s Companies. Prior to this role, Elsie was the VP of Meals & Ingredients for the Safeway enterprise consisting of 8 divisions before the 2015 merger with Albertson’s Companies, the nation’s second-largest supermarket operator. Elsie has spent her entire career with Safeway–starting as a retail Courtesy Clerk and working her way up to a corporate Vice President.
